Pricing

  • Tattoo Minimum: $100
  • Hourly Rates: $150/hour (all artists)
  • Final pricing is always determined during your consultation with the artist based on size, detail, and placement.

Deposits

  • Small/Medium Tattoos: $50 – $100 deposit
  • Large Scale (sleeves, back pieces, etc.): $200 deposit
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Your deposit goes directly toward the final tattoo price. It is not an additional fee.
  • Accepted payment methods: Venmo (@Lakeozarktattoo), CashApp, Cash, or Card (4% convenience fee for card)

Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellations — less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
  • To reschedule, we require 48 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may affect future booking availability.

Age Requirements

  • Minimum age is 16 years old. Clients 16–17 require a parent or legal guardian present with valid photo ID.
  • The client and parent/guardian IDs must show a matching last name and address.
  • If last names or addresses differ, a copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.
  • All clients 18+ must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Cover-Ups

  • Yes, we do cover-ups depending on the existing tattoo. Contact us or mention it in your booking request so your artist can assess.

Touch-Ups

  • Free touch-ups are available within the first year of getting your tattoo.

Guests

  • We allow 1 guest per artist station.
  • Lobby space is limited — please limit to 1 guest total.

Health & Safety

  • We follow strict sterilization and hygiene protocols.
  • All equipment is single-use or autoclave sterilized.
  • Please come to your appointment well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a meal.
  • Do not consume alcohol or blood-thinning medications 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
